With subject matter experts, with end-users, across departments involved in product, with design team.

CREATE
Low fidelity mockups to socialize with stakeholders & users.

TEST & ITERATE
Based on prototyping, user feedback, and design reviews.

MEASURE IMPACT
From data tracking logs, user feedback, client & stakeholder requirements.

REPEAT
But, probably not in that order. It’s not a linear process. Kill your darlings. Listen to the user. Advocate.
